My husband and I have had great experience with Marmot. We had a house full of people over for my son's birthday party and our A/C unit stopped working! It couldn't have happened on a hotter day! We called and they came out immediately and fixed our A/C (part replacement). They were more than fair, handled it quickly and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. Now that is something we can appreciate! We will most definintally be using Marmot again.
